Full Goat & 50 KG Raw Mutton kima meat kabab/chop making by 15 village ladies to serve 400+ villagers with hodgepodge.
They make about 800+ pieces mutton shami kabab and also cooking 60 KG rice hodgepodge/khichori cooking to serve 400+ people.
Before making the kima chop ladies cooking kima meat with lots of spice ingredient.
After cooking meat they added 200+ eggs with cooked meat and then added pulses flour.
Then they fry that in oil pot.
In the mean time they also cook huge hodgepodge to serve with mutton tikia.
After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.
