Today I’m going to show you how to make Japanese Daifuku.
Daifuku is a small round sweet mochi, stuffed with red bean paste called anko.
It has been the snack loved by people since the Edo period.
Now it has many varieties, but I will show you the classic Daifuku today.

- Ingredients (2 ppl)-
100g Dango Flour
160ml Water
40g Sugar
100g Anko (Red bean paste)

Anko (Red bean paste)
Put 100g dango flour
Add 160ml water
Add 40g suger
Mix them
Microwave it with 600W for 2 minutes
Mix it well
Microwave it again with 600W for 2 minutes
Mix it well
The dough is ready
Put the wrap on the scale
Scale Anko (Red bean paste) for 10g each
Make Anko into a ball
Put potato starch on the plate
Put dango dough for on 25g each
Put potato starch on the hands
Make a ball with dango daugh
Spread it for a circle
Put Anko ball at the center
Close it
Make it a ball
Try it once more!
