Low Impact Cardio Kickboxing Workout || High Calorie Burning || 45 minutes
Get ready to sweat with this low impact heart pumping kickboxing workout! All moves are low impact so there is no jumping and all exercises are performed in a standing position. The workout is not too fast so it's achievable for everyone including seniors and beginners. With that said, the cardio is tough, I was sweating like crazy, but it's a lot of fun!
I keep it interesting by switching the moves for every round. There are 4 rounds in this workout. If you find it too difficult or long, I encourage you to do just one or two rounds. You can also take some breaks between rounds to bring your heart rate back down and drink some water.
No equipment is needed for this workout, however, there is a move in the second half (curtsy side kick) where your balance may be challenged and you can always use a chair to hold on to.
Please go at your own pace and keep the moves small if you find the workout too intense.
Most importantly, HAVE FUN! This kickboxing workout will fly by and burn crazy calories. According to my Apple Watch, I burned over 400 calories!
