材料 Ingredients：
一公斤雞中翼 1kg chicken wings
兩個檸檬 2 lemons
七十克冰糖 70g rock sugar
五十毫升生抽 50ml soy sauce
四十克薑 40g ginger
七十克蒜頭 70g garlic
半茶匙鹽 1/2tsp salt
適量清水 Water
八毫升麻油 8ml sesame oil
