芝麻烧饼: Sesame Buns / Bread:
温水190毫升 lukewarm water 190 ml
酵母3克 Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
中筋面粉或高筋面包粉300克
All-purpose flour or bread flour 300 g(2 cups +2 tbsp)
盐3克 salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
生的白芝麻40克 white sesame seeds 40 g(4 tbsp)
糖浆或枫糖浆40克 syrup 40 g
五香粉3克 Five spice powder 3 g (1/2 tbsp)
盐6克 salt 6 g (1 tsp)
炒菜油30毫升 cooking oil 30 ml

香煎鸡腿肉 Fried Chicken Thigh:
去骨的鸡腿肉250克 chicken thigh 250 g
盐3克 salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
2瓣蒜10克 2 cloves garlic 10 g
白胡椒0.5克 white pepper powder 0.5 g （1/4 tsp）
生抽7毫升 regular soy sauce 7 ml (1/2 tbsp)
老抽1.25 毫升 dark soy sauce 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp)
