食譜:

材料:
無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter 120g
黑巧克力(50%-70%) Dark chocolate 120g
低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 70g
可可粉 Cocoa powder 25g
合桃 Walnut 40g
砂糖 Sugar 50g
鹽 Salt 2g
蛋 Eggs 2隻

步驟:
1. 牛油和巧克力分別放碗中隔水融化
2. 砂糖和鹽和蛋加進牛油
3. 麵粉和可可粉混合過篩備用
4. 合桃裝入保鮮袋中用擀麵杖敲碎
5. 牛油混合物和麵粉糊和核桃倒入巧克力糊裡
6. 把布朗尼麵糊倒入模具,180度焗25~30分鐘
