For this video I thought I would share how I prepare ingredients on Sunday that I can use the rest of the week! The veggie dishes I made can be used for anything, like the curry in this video.
The potato chips made with the waffle slicer were delicious! I personally recommend adding lemon salt to them. If you don't have lemon salt, then rock salt is my other recommendation.
【 Ingredients 】
Renkon salad:
Renkon (lotus root)
Mizuna
Red cabbage
Pea sprouts
Ham
Orange bell pepper
+carrot dressing
Potato chips:
May Queen potatos
Lemon salt
Dill weed
Rice oil
+waffle slicer
Vegetable mix:
Pumpkin
Bell peppers
Onions
Carrots
Sweet potatos
Mini-asparagus
