This is probably the only area in Tokyo where you would feel unsafe at night, still tons of great restaurants Chinese,Korean,Bangladeshi, Italian and many more are located here. This area is definitely not high end, if you are low on budget this area fits your bill perfectly. Night life is as good as any other area of Tokyo.
