2 1/2tsp instant yeast （即溶酵母）
1 egg slightly beaten （1粒蛋打散）
200ml water （水）

40g (2 1/2 tbsp ) butter （牛油）

100g (2/3 cup) raisins （葡萄干）

23cm x 12cm x12cm ~ loaf tin
