This Whipping Cream Coffee Pound Cake is a tried and true pound cake recipe that will knock you right down, it’s crusty on the outside and velvety smooth on the inside. It is made entirely with whipping cream, Yes, NO Butter!! It’s soft, light and not as greasy as compared to the traditional butter based pound cake.
I made some cake batter into coffee flavor because I always love coffee and wanted to make it two-colored pound cake. Really love the combination aroma of whipped cream and coffee coming out from the oven while baking.

完全用鲜奶油代替牛油做的磅蛋糕。蛋糕体细致,口感轻盈不油腻,吃进嘴里有鲜奶油浓郁的香气,让人吃得满足,也少了传统磅蛋糕带来的负担。
我把部分面糊做成咖啡口味,除了双色带来的视觉效果,烘烤时,烤箱也散发鲜奶油和咖啡混合的香气,非常喜欢。

Ingredients:
1)Heavy Whipping Cream – 220g
2)Sugar – 160g
3)Eggs – 3
4)Cake Flour – 190g
5)Baking Powder – 1 tsp
6)3 in 1 Coffee – 1 packet(20g)
7)Instant Coffee – 1 tbsp
8)Hot Water – 10ml
*Loaf pan size: 8.5 X 4.5 x 2.5 inches
