No kneading! No Rolling!
The Easiest Baguette Recipe.

配方 Ingredients:
温水280毫升
Lukewarm water 280 ml
酵母3克 (1 茶勺)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
高筋面粉350克(2.5杯)
Bread flour or all-purpose flour 350 g (2 + 1/2 cup)
盐3克 (1/2茶勺)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)

烤盘尺寸:43 × 29厘米
pan size: 43 × 29 cm

预热烤箱230℃/450华氏度
preheat an oven 230℃/450 ℉
烤15分钟至表面金黄
Bake for 15 minutes to surface golden brown
