Resep Mie Tepung Beras (untuk 1-2 porsi)

Bahan:
150 gr tepung beras
150 gr tepung tapioka
180 gr air mendidih
¼ sdt garam

Langkah:
1. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung beras, tepung tapioka dan garam, aduk rata
2. Didihkan air, tuang ke dalam campuran tepung, aduk dengan sumpit hingga membentuk butiran pasir lalu uleni hingga menyatu
3. Pipihkan adonan mie dengan rolling pin lalu potong-potong
4. Didihkan air kemudian rebus mie hingga mengapung dan matang, bilas dengan air mengalir, tiriskan
5. Mie tepung beras siap untuk diolah
