In this week’s Living In episode, we have the opportunity to tour yet another landed home designed by Jacqueline from Plystudio Architects (she was featured in our Podcast episode some time back). Interestingly, it’s been almost exactly a year since we last posted the light-filled landed house episode!

This is a 3-storey landed home built on a land size of about 3,200 square feet. The front porch will allow you to fit 2 cars, with the greenery and plants that drape from the terrace above providing a thin veil across. There’s additional space for a small garden, and you also have a granny’s bedroom on the first floor.

The second floor has two further ensuite bedrooms, along with a void that overlooks the dining area. One of the bedrooms also has the perk of an open terrace (that forms the shelter over the car porch).

On the last floor is the spacious master bedroom, a smaller common bedroom, and a family area. The master bedroom also comes with a small balcony, that allows you to take in the sights from the low lying landed area.

Special thanks to Jacqueline once again for showing us around. For more on the design, please visit www.ply-studio.com.
