eggs - 1 piece
bread crumbs - 50 g (1.76 oz)
pressed cheese - 6 slices
ham - 6 slices
oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)

for the cylinder
eggs - 6 pieces
pressed cheese - 60 g (2 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes
