I'm wearing wrist weight "jewelry" in this video by Cali Weights. I love these small and comfortable silicone covered weighted bangles. They come in a pack of 4 totaling 1 pound. They are 1/4 pound each bracelet so you can easily add on and customize your amount of toning. They added some nice resistance to the exercises in this workout! They can also be worn easily throughout the day to help tone and build muscle mass. I wore them running errands as well and I loved that they are comfortable and look cute too. I feel they are a great option of your hands get sore or if you find it difficult to hold onto dumbbells. Perfect if you have arthritis in your hands and wrists!
