这是一款不用蛋黄的的南瓜流沙包,简洁的造型,金黄的颜色,松软的面包里面充满了香甜的南瓜芝士馅料。流沙般的质感,散发着浓郁的南瓜和牛奶香味,香甜可口,十分诱人!

这里选用的是日本南瓜,也叫妈咪南瓜,Japanese pumpkin/Kabocha squash,含水量少,香味独特,在亚洲超市/中国超市可以买到。

8颗面包配方
面包材料 Bread Ingredients:
高筋面粉 Bread Flour 315 g
细砂糖 Caster Sugar 25 g
即溶酵母 Instant Yeast 4 g
食盐 Salt 4 g
奶粉 Milk Powder 10 g
鸡蛋 Egg 50 g
冷牛奶 Cold Milk 120 g
南瓜泥 Pumpkin Puree 100 g
无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter 32 g
馅料 Filling:
南瓜泥 Pumpkin Puree 210 g
奶油奶酪 Cream Cheese 60 g
细砂糖 Caster Sugar 30 g
无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter 25 g

提前20分钟预热烤箱至350℉/180℃,中层烘烤大约15-18分钟至表面金黄。
Bake in the middle rack of the oven preheated to 350°F/180°C for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
