150g (1 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
90g (6 tbsp) Unsalted butter
* Fillings
475g (1 can) Sweetened red bean
16g (2 tbsp) Cornstarch
180°C (355°F) bake for 25 minutes
📢 Important tips
1. the dough needs to be rested for 30 minutes, so that it is not easy to break when rolling.
2. I used canned red beans for the filling, because the canned red beans are wet, you need to add cornstarch to fry a little to dry it.
