Please join me for this fun, yet challenging seated cardio workout! This is the perfect video to do to feel better, get some exercise and work on your cardio fitness, your strength and flexibility. All exercises are easy to follow and are completed in a seated position.

All you need is a chair to sit on. It needs to have a back on it, and preferable with no side arms to allow for greater range of movement. We will also be using a small ball for this workout. If you don't have a ball, a small pillow will work as well!

Have fun with these exercises! Everything is no impact and joint friendly. The resistance that the ball or pillow provides helps build strength in a gentle manner. There are lots of stretches at the end of this workout to improve range of motion and flexibility.
