This is a gentle walking workout designed for days when you need to get in some healthy movement and steps at home but when you feel like you can't do much more. Hopefully you'll do this workout then get energized and realize you can do more! As always, it's low impact and safe for seniors and beginners. The step count is 1116 steps. Alternatively, this would be a good warm-up or cool-down for more strenuous workouts. Use the workout to suit your needs:)
