In this video I go over how you can calculate how you can buy your first home. How much of a deposit you need and how much the repayments will be. I have useful website tools which are completely free to use so you can figure it out.

For me, buying a house is the first step to my Millionaire journey and building my wealth. Repayments might be high at first but over time you can lower these by paying more off the mortgage. When you have enough equity in the house, you can then use it to leverage like I have to buy an investment property. I think everyone should have the opportunity to buy their own home if that is their dream.
