Extremely EASY for this way! Ready at night and bake in the morning! Fluffy and Soft Milk bread! Easy breakfast bread
*Ingredients
210g (0.91 cup) Milk
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
300g (2 cups) Bread flour / All-purpose flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1.5 tbsp) Mealted unsalted butter
Egg wash
Sesame seeds

180°C (355°F) bake for 20-25 minutes

Important tips
1. You can use melted unsalted butter or room temperature softened unsalted butter.
2. After shaping the bread, place it on a baking sheet. Then keep it in the refrigerator for about 10 hours. the refrigerator temperature is about 4°C.
3. After chilling, take out the bread and check if there are any large bubbles. If there are any large air bubbles on the top of the dough, you can use a toothpick or a needle to break them. Then put it in a warm place to rise for about one hour
4. Baking pan size about 23cm
5. Brush the surface with egg wash or milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds as decoration.
