Super fluffy and soft milk bread (Egg free! Butter free) Extremely easy to make without kneading

🍞Ingredients
1.Dough
100ml/0.41cups Milk
150ml/7tbsp Heavy cream
4g/0.5tbsp Instant yeast
38g/3tbsp Sugar
300g/2cup Bread flour
3g/0.5tsp Salt

2.Top
20g/10tsp Milk powder
12g/1tbsp Sugar

pan size: 28x28x3cm

Preheat the Oven at 150°C (300°F) bake for 20 minutes
