Hi,
Happy first week of spring! How is your week so far? I definitely feel way more motivated after the daylight savings. I love to have the sun up for a couple of more hours because it gives me so much more energy!
Anyway, many of you have requested shorter yet effective workouts. This workout is a 15 minutes full body pilates workout. It targets your whole body and is made to fit busy schedules. Sometimes all we have is 15 minutes during the day to just focus on ourselves and this workout will be well worth it. On days when I feel low on energy or I just have so much going on I love a shorter workout myself. Let me know what you think and if you want to see more express workouts in the future!
