180ml water （水）
180g pastry butter or butter （起酥油或牛油）

3 peeled green apples, cut into cubes （青苹果去皮，切丁）
100g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1 tbsp lemon juice（柠檬汁）
30g butter（牛油）
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon （肉桂粉）
2 tbsp plain flour （面粉）
3 tbsp raisins （葡萄干）
