Let's tone and strengthen our abs with this 15 minute intense abs workout that you can do at home! We will be working on all the abs muscles with this low impact AMRAP workout: lower abs, upper abs, and obliques!

You cannot target a specific area for fat or weight loss: you cannot target to burn lower belly fat - or any area on your body. If you are looking for visible abs, you need to take a look at your overall diet.

Remember to breathe! Exhale during the hardest part of each repetition, inhale during the easier part.
