SUPER EASY House Special Fried Rice • Yangzhou Fried Rice 扬州炒饭 w/ Char Siu & Shrimp / Prawns Rec
This is our easy and yummy version of House Special Fried Rice cooked in Chinese style 招牌炒饭. Just so you know, there's no single right way to cook this house special fried rice. Every restaurant as their own style of cooking. We have created this based on some of your preference e.g. some of you like sesame oil, oyster sauce, onions, garlic etc in your fried rice. Hope you'll like it!

Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 5 pax
Fry (A) together
0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil
150g of cabbage - cut into cubes
1 cup of mixed vegetables (consist of corn, peas and carrots)
Fry (B) together
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
3 pcs of shallots - sliced thinly
4 cloves of chopped garlic
120g of prawns w/ veins removed & cut into bite sizes
Last fry - Putting the entire dish together

Some cooking oil
6 eggs
4 bowls of rice (cook 2 cups of raw rice in your rice cooker as usual - put rice in fridge after in has cooled down)
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
0.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce
0.5 teaspoon of salt
Add fried (B)
150g of char siu - cut into cubes
Add fried (A)
2 stalks of spring onion
A few dashes of white pepper
Add another 0.5 teaspoon of salt or to taste
