Barre Workout for Lean Legs // Shaping and Slimming for a Strong Lower Body
All my workouts are geared towards beginners and seniors. Exercises are performed at an achievable pace but are still challenging.
No equipment needed for this feel good lengthening and toning barre workout!
All exercises in this workout are completed in a standing position. Want more? I challenge you to do a second set, just rewind to after the warm up and do it again to really work your muscles and see results sooner!
This workout is perfect if you are new to barre or are looking for a great low impact workout. No dance experience required.
We begin with a nice warm up then move to the "barre" for our lower body exercises. You can use a chair as your barre to serve as a base of support.
