How to make a No Knead, No Egg and No Butter Coconut Cream Buns. So rich and creamy, soft and fluffy that melts in your mouth. This bread is so easy to make.

Here's what you'll need:
1 cup coconut cream (250ml)
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour (315g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 and ½ tablespoons of coconut oil
More coconut cream brushing

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-22 minutes.

1:26 Cover for 1 hour to rise.
1:38 Sprinkle some flour and degas the dough.
1:46 Transfer to a floured counter.
1:54 Divide into 12 pieces.
2:12 Round into a ball.
2:24 Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2:30 Line your 11 inches round pan with baking paper.
2:38 Round each dough ball to release gas once again.
2:56 Cover for 30 minutes.
3:01 Brush with about 2 tablespoons of coconut cream.
