★About face yoga exercise
What does everyone know about face yoga ? Face yoga are exercises for your facial muscles. we have 57 tiny muscles on our face. how many % of facial muscles do you think we use? we already only use 30!! today we will focus on the other 70%. the exercises focuses on lifting up the face, which helps reduce wrinkles.

I normally teach online for both japanese and foreign students and also some studios in Japan. I have taught faceyoga in some yoga festivals in overseas.
