主食材:半肥瘦五花肉500克,鸡蛋4个
初步煮肉:带皮生姜10克,花椒十几粒
香料:去皮生姜5克,八角2个,桂皮1片,香叶1片,大葱1根
调味:黄冰糖30克(普通冰糖或者白砂糖也可),温水40克,生抽10克,老抽5克。
炖煮:料酒20克,啤酒1大罐。如果汁液没有没过肉则还需要加料酒。

Recipe:
Pork belly 500g, 4 eggs
Initial boiling: ginger (with skin) 10g, peppercorn 1g
Spices: ginger (w/o skin) 5g, 2 pods of star anise, 2g of cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, 1 scallion
Condiments: rock brown sugar 30g, warm water 40g, soy sauce 10g, dark soy sauce 5g
For braising: cooking wine 20g, 1 can of beer. Add more cooking wine if meat is not completely submerged in sauce.
