Q. 為什麼要加油?
A.希望煮出來的飯,能粒粒晶瑩,且能鬆散的話,在煮飯的水裡加些油(須沒有異味的油,故豬油、麻油、或炸過食物的油皆不宜使用)建議選擇優質的油,煮出來的飯就能較具光澤,飯也不會粘在一起,自然也較鬆散,不會粘鍋。
Q. 糯米不用浸是嗎?
A.基本上白米糯米這類的米只要不是買來放很久變成舊米是不需要浸泡的,ㄧ般市售皆為新米,水分夠高,其實是不需要浸泡,可以節省主婦更多時間的!
Q.加鹽的用意是?
A.引出米飯的甘甜!
