一百克豆豉 100g Salted Black Bean
十九粒蒜頭 19 cloves of Garlic
一茶匙糖 1tsp Sugar
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp Soy Sauce
兩茶匙紹興酒 2tsp Shaoxing Wine
一茶匙麻油 1tsp Sesame Oil
一湯匙生粉 1tbsp Potato starch
一百克紅椒 100g Red Chilli
兩棵蔥 2 Scallions
