【食材/Ingredients】
煮肉:五花肉(长宽至少13cm),料酒20g,葱2根,花椒30多粒,生姜15g,
内馅:梅干菜(泡水前)100g(最理想的是梅干菜80g,笋干40g),酱油15g,糖10g,油20g
勾芡:土豆淀粉5g,直接用蒸出来的肉汁勾芡,调整至浓稠
配菜:上海青/油菜/小白菜若干
For pork belly: pork belly (at least 13cm for both width and length), cooking wine 20g, 2 scallion, 30+ peppercorns, ginger 15g
Inside: preserved vegetables 100g, soy sauce 15g, sugar 10g, oil 20g
For starch: potato starch 5g, blend with 15g of water
Vegetables: choy
