Make sure to CARB up on a leg day.

Following is what we performed in this workout routine!

Body weight SQUATS
2 sets of 25 reps

Weighted SQUATS
6 sets of 8 reps

Weighted LUNGES
6 sets of 12 reps

Leg PRESS
6 sets of 10-12 reps

Leg EXTENSIONS
3 sets of 10/10/10 reps

Leg Curls
4 sets of 12 reps

Standing CALVE RAISES
4 sets of 50 reps
