♦ RECIPE for one 6" INCH Cheesecake
Ingredients:

=CRUST=
a) 50g Unsalted Butter (Melted)
b) 125g (8pcs) Digestive Biscuits
c) 2Tbsp Brown Sugar
d) ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
e) Tiny Pinch of Salt

=CREAM CHEESE FILLINGS=
a) 250g (1 packet 8oz) Cream Cheese
b) 1 Cup (240ml) Whipping Cream (Cold from fridge)
c) 70g Icing/Powdered Sugar (I like moderately sweet, can add more to about 100g, if desire)
d) 8 OREOs (Roughly Crushed)
e) 2tsp Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
f) 1tsp Vanilla Extract
g) 1Tbsp Hot Water
h) 1/2Tbsp Gelatine Powder

=DECORATIVE TOPPINGS= (OPTIONAL)
a) 4 OREOs (separated)
b) Icing/Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
c) OREOs Paper Template (I used this image as a guide for cut-out)

配料：

=饼皮=
a）50克 无盐黄油（融化）
b）125克（8片）消化饼干
c）2汤匙 棕糖
d）¼茶匙 肉桂粉
e）少许 盐

=奶油芝士馅=
a）250克（1包8oz）奶油芝士
b）1杯（240ml）淡奶油
c）70克 糖粉（我喜欢中等甜度，如果需要可加入约100克）
d）8个OREO（粗略压碎）
e）2茶匙 柠檬汁（鲜榨）
f）1茶匙 香草精
g）2汤匙 热水
h）½汤匙 凝胶粉

=装饰 TOPPINGS =（可选）
a）4个OREO（分开）
b）糖粉
