간장2큰술+굴소스 2큰술+식초 1/2큰술
꿀 2큰술
소주/청주/물 5큰술(술은 잡내도 잡아주면서 향을 짙게 만들어 줍니다)
매운고추(청양고추) 1
소금, 후추
-굽다가 소스가 너무 굳거나 쫄기 시작하면 물/술을 2-3큰술씩 넣어가면서 농도를 조절해 주세요!-
