一般我们喝的热巧都是巧克力粉冲的,不过论味道的纯正,还是真正的巧克力融化后做出来才有内味儿啊!
【食材】
60%以上的黑巧克力60g
牛奶350ml(全脂脱脂都可)
糖2g(可不加)
可可粉5g(1茶匙)
脱脂牛奶150ml(打奶泡用)
棉花糖若干
60% dark chocolate 60g
Milk 350ml
Sugar 2g (optional)
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Skim milk (for foams) 150ml
Marshmallow
