Following is what we performed in this routine:
Lat Pull Down
4 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 sec break

Reverse Grip Seated Row
4 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 sec break

One Arm Row
4 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 sec break

Close Grip Pull Down
3 Sets of 8 Reps with 45 sec break

Close Grip Seated Row
3 Sets of 8 Reps with 45 sec break

Wrist Curls
3 Sets of 25 Reps with 45 sec break

Reverse Wrist Curls
3 Sets 25 Reps with 45 sec break
