Daniel shows you how to make Korean Short Rib Soup! I was throw off this week when I saw beef on sale at the local supermarket. As you may (or may not know) the cost of beef is very high in Seoul. So I jumped on the chance to make one of my favorite winter stew - galbitang. Galbitang is made with my favorite cut of beef - short ribs. The best part of this dish is biting into the meat with your hands. The best way to describe the dish is 맛있어요! [mah-shi-suh-yooooo!]
