葱油饼用今天的方法烙出来的葱油饼焦香酥脆，里面柔软层层薄如纸，凉了也不硬，好吃到停不下来啦。
食材（5张饼，用的锅30cm直径）
中筋面粉250克，凉水200克，小葱30克，白芝麻30克
中筋面粉70克，橄榄油或熟油50克，盐5-5.5克

Crispy Sesame Scallion pancakes (5) ( fry pan 30cm)
Ingredients:
all-purpose flour 250g and water 200ml, green onion 30g, sesame seeds 30g
all-purpose flour 70g, olive oil 50g and salt 5-5.5g
