I am not perfectly sure about what kind of chopper is this because there two types of choppers in my mind BUTCHER'S CHOPPER & JUNGLE CHOPPER. I Got this chopper from my elder brother's junk place, he is not even perfectly sure about this kind of chopper was this, anyways i restored this into a very fine and useful tool so we can use the restored chopper in both ways whether you cut wood or meat.

I showed the whole procedure for restoring this chopper in this video.
o. The liquid i used to remove RUST was SULPHURIC ACID.
o. The Normalizing process is about softness of iron. For this purpose i used my own handmade Forging FURNACE.
o. I used sandpapers of different GRITS for the shine of the steel.
o. Brass casting was done for the HANDLE to look more enchanting.
o. Different kinds of woods has been used for making handle.
o. For Hardening the blade i used my own handmade METAL MELTING FURNACE.
o. I used clear paint to shine the wooden handle and Brass was shined by special brass polish.
