Ingredients:

250g salted butter (牛油)
170g / 3/4 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
5 large eggs - grade A(鸡蛋)
210g / 1 2/3 cups plain flour (普通面粉)
40g / 1/3 cup corn starch
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
50ml milk (牛奶)

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
1/2 tbsp green tea powder (绿茶粉)

Bake at 170°C for 50-55 minutes
4” x 9” baking tin

以170°C烤50-55分钟
4寸 x 9寸长形烤模
