Chocolate Coffee Layered Cake | No Bake | Soft & Moist 巧克力咖啡蛋糕 免烤箱
This chocolate coffee layered cake is very soft and moist. It's steamed and you can make it without oven!!! The extra yolks adds extra moist to the cake, and it tastes better on the next day.
松软湿润的巧克力咖啡千层蛋糕,配方的蛋黄用量比例比较高,所以特别好吃,有兴趣的朋友可以试一试。蒸好的蛋糕不要急着切开吃,隔夜后会更美味。
Ingredients:
1)Eggs – 3 pcs
2)Yolks – 3
3)Sugar – 120g
4)Cake Flour – 100g
5)Milk Powder – 15g
6)Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
7)Butter – 80g
8)Whipping Cream – 25g
9)Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp (dissolve with 30ml hot water)
10)3 in 1 coffee – 1sachet(dissolve in 10ml hot water)
*6 inches square mold

4)低筋面粉 – 100g
5)奶粉 – 15g
6)泡打粉 – 1/2 tsp
7)牛油 – 80g
8)鲜奶油 – 25g
9)可可粉 – 2 tbsp(加 30ml 的热水溶解)
10)3合1咖啡粉 – 1包(加 10ml 的热水溶解)
*我用6寸四方模
