2. Spoon about half the mixture onto a sheet of wax paper and mold it into a sausage shape.
3. Tightly roll up the baking paper so the mixture is round inside.
4. Put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from freezer and unroll.
6. Cut the roll into three or four pieces of equal shape.
7. Take 3 almonds and press them firmly into the top of each piece.
8. Working quickly – before your strip melts- place a piece into the chocolate mix, almond side down.
9. Push it down with a fork and then use the fork to pick it up again. Before removing it from the melted chocolate, dunk it a couple of times to rid the piece of excess chocolate.
10. Place each piece on wax paper and let it sit until the chocolate sets.

Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
INGREDIENTS
• Melted chocolate
• Powdered sugar
• Smooth peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
2. Spoon about a millimeter of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner and let the chocolate set.
3. Make a “peanut butter dough” by stirring the powdered sugar through the peanut butter
4. Pinch off a piece of peanut butter dough, about the size of a Whopper candy, flatten it into a coin shape and place one on to each chocolate base in the cupcake liners.
5. Make sure the peanut butter dough remains in the center of the base and does not touch the edges of the cupcake liner.
6. Drizzle chocolate on top until the peanut butter layer is completely covered.
7. Tap the tray on the counter a couple of times and then store the tray in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
8. Remove from the fridge and peel off your cupcake liners to reveal a tasty treat that looks just like the store-bought version, right down to the accordion-like edges.
