材料Ingredients:
九個撻模 9 tart moulds

撻皮 tart pastry:
二百克中筋麵粉 200g plain flour
七十五克糖粉 75g icing sugar
一百四十克無鹽牛油 140g unsalted butter
半隻蛋,打發成蛋漿 1/2 egg

蛋撻蛋漿 Egg custard:
兩隻打發了的蛋 2 eggs
五十克白糖 50g sugar
一百五十毫升清水 150ml water
五十毫升牛奶 50ml milk
