By far this is a difficulty recipe to make, but so worth it. Making it the first time is hard, but the 2nd time it's not as difficult. I will tell you one thing, if you make this once I guarantee you will make it again because it is absolutely delicious.

HOW TO COOK STUFFED CABBAGE SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 2hrs @ (185°F / 85°C)

* STUFFED CABBAGE INGREDIENTS *
1 Whole Green Cabbage
4 Sausages of your choice
2 large Eggs
2 Cups Mozzarella
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Ham, 1/2 Cup Parsley
4 Carrots, 1 White Sweet Onion
10 Cloves of Garlic
1 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Cups Steamed Rice
Salt and Pepper to Taste

* TOMATO SAUCE *
1 Can of Tomato
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Shallots
2 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Dry Basil or Fresh
4 tbso Sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
