Continuing our new Intermediate series with Cycle 2 starting with Complete Chest Routine on Monday for Bigger Chest. This is for Intermediate Bodybuilders. In this series we will give you a routine for each weekday. Monday Chest, Tuesday Back etc. Starting with of course Chest on Monday.
Cycle 2 is for the second cycle.
You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 4 weeks and then move on to Cycle 2, and you will start with Monday Chest for Cycle 2.
Make sure you stretch before each workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Decline Barbell Press
5 Sets of 8-10 Reps
Flat Barbell Press
5 Sets of 8-10 Reps
Decline Dumbbell Press
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Flat Dumbbell Press
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Decline Dumbbell Fly
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Flat Dumbbell Fly
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Cross Cable Fly
6 Sets of 12-15 Reps
