🇻🇳CARAMELIZED MUDSKIPPER IN A CLAYPOT: Cut and clean the mudskippers then place the pieces in a claypot. Season with oil, scallion, onions, shallots, fish sauce, salt, MSG, seasoning grains, sugar, pepper, fried garlic, chilli powder, fresh chillies, caramel sauce made from sugar and coconut water. Mix everything up, add water and cook it for 20 minutes.
🇻🇳DEEP-FRIED MUDSKIPPERS: Clean mudskippers. Deep fry the whole fish for 10 minutes and serve with the tamarind fish sauce (made from garlic, chillies, lemongrass, fish sauce, tamarind, sugar and MSG)
