Extremely Easy & Moist ❗️Less Oil Less Sugar❗️So Yummy and Delicious Cream Cheese Banana Cake
Ingredients 配方:
Ripe bananas 3 (peeled 325 g) 熟透的香蕉 3根(去皮后重量是325克)
Granulated Sugar 60 g / 4 tbsp 白糖60克
Vegetable oil 79 ml 1/3 cup 植物油(或炒菜油)79毫升(70克)
Whole egg 66 g (extra large 鸡蛋1个(带皮重66克)
All purpose flour 250 g 普通面粉(中筋)250克
Baking powder 4 g / 1/2 tbsp 泡打粉4克
Baking soda 2 g 1/4 tsp 苏打粉2克
Salt 1.5 g 1/4 tsp 盐1.5克
Cream cheese 70 g / 1/2 cup 奶油奶酪70克
Icing sugar 30 g / 3 tbsp 糖霜30克
All purpose flour 30 g / 3 tbsp 普通面粉30克
1 whole egg 64 g ( extra large) 一个鸡蛋带皮重64克
Bake in preheated oven at 170℃/340℉ for 45-50 minutes
预热好的烤箱170℃/340华氏度烤45-50分钟
Loaf pan size: 25*11.5*7 cm 土司盒 25厘米*11.5厘米*7厘米
