My real estate licence has been put on hold to pursue other goals.

In this video I explain why I have made this decision and what you should look out for if you are starting a career in this industry.

Important points:

1. Commit to real estate. The best way to start in this industry is to dive in to it head first. I was not able to do this due to other commitments.

2. Find a great agency and mentor. You NEED help when you are starting out. Make sure the agency that you are joining is able to provide this for you - and find a mentor that can help you when you have questions. Talk to at least 3 agencies before choosing one to join.

3. Say goodbye to personal time. Real Estate is incredibly time consuming. You will become a slave to the transaction. Especially when you are starting out, as you will not have the luxury to say no to customers and clients. Your phone will be ringing off the hook. But you will be rewarded for your hard work!

I am here to answer any concerns you might have about starting in this industry. And my story is not uncommon. I hope my videos are able to give you a little insight into the real estate world and what you can expect when you start out.
